Eden Machnai is a visual artist and documentary photographer based in Paris. Her work blends poetic fine art with socially engaged documentary, focusing on humanitarian and environmental issues drawn from personal experience and global awareness.
Raised between Israel and New York, Eden's perspective informs her visual storytelling. She served in the Air Force before pursuing photography at Galitz Photography School and later specializing in documentary and journalistic photography at Spéos Institute in Paris.
Her recent work includes a documentary project on the aftermath of the California wildfires in the town of Paradise, exhibited in Le Marais, as well as collaborations with environmental advocates and publications highlighting sustainability and climate justice.
